Charlotte Ballard ENP-BC has extensive years in the medical and mental health industry. With over 25 years in the field, Practitioner Ballard started her career as a Navy Lieutenant in 1987. From office visits, hospital outpatient to private homes and state facilities, she caters to all patients.
